GoanTurf Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both users and ground managers:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the booking time are eligible for a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made between 12-24 hours before the booking time are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the booking time are not eligible for a refund.
• If a ground manager cancels a booking, the user will receive a 100% refund.
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
• Processing of refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances (like weather conditions), the ground manager may offer an alternative date or a refund.
