GoanTurf Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both users and ground managers:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the booking time are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made between 12-24 hours before the booking time are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the booking time are not eligible for a refund.
- If a ground manager cancels a booking, the user will receive a 100% refund.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
- Processing of refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances (like weather conditions), the ground manager may offer an alternative date or a refund.
